Savannah was an AMAZING wedding coordinator! She made sure to meet with me and my maid of honor a few times before the wedding to go over weddings songs for when the family and wedding party would walk down. Savannah was especially helpful the day before the wedding and during the wedding day. I had expressed that I did not want me, the groom nor our family members being stressed during the wedding. She took that to heart and really took charge. For the rehearsal since we had to set up the entire venue on our private property I was getting asked numerous questions or people would share their ideas. It got to the point where I was getting a little overwhelmed and Savannah took over and made sure that people were only asking her questions. When the original table arrangement idea fell through she came up with a great alternative. I told Savannah I trusted her to make sure everything looked good and it did! The rehearsal itself after set up went smoothly since Savannah already had an idea of when everyone was going to walk down and at what time. By the end of the night everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to do and when. On the day of the wedding, Savannah was great at making sure the wedding parties were getting ready on time for the photographer. She worked with the photographer to make sure the wedding party and family members were where they needed to be and at a certain time to make sure the pictures were getting taken timely before the ceremony. The ceremony went smoothly since Savannah was there to tell us when we needed to walk. For the reception, she made sure to do all the announcements for the wedding party entrance, she announced all the first dances, she announced when it was time for speeches and when we were cutting the cake. Overall, I had a great experience with Savannah. My family and I didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to just focus on having a good time. My family and in-laws loved and really appreciated all the help Savannah gave us. I highly recommend using Savannah as your wedding coordinator!

I cannot say enough kind words about Savannah’s capabilities as an amazing wedding coordinator. She really does exceptional work. It’s obvious that her main goal is to provide the bride and groom with the wedding of their dreams and make it as simple and stress-free as possible. The only thing that was important to me was that the wedding planning process was stress free, enjoyable, and memorable. Because of Savannah, it was.
At our first meeting, we laid out all the details, what I wanted, how we could make the reception unique to mine and my husband’s interests, and just what we wanted the atmosphere to be like on the day of… Savannah was thorough in taking notes and jotting EVERYTHING down. At the rehearsal/ set up, Savannah took charge and put my vision into reality. She gave direction and made the whole process fun. I think that if I would have had to do everything myself, I wouldn’t have enjoyed the process like I did.
On the day of our wedding reception, Savannah made sure that the reception hall was ready for all the guests that were going to arrive later that day. She put the desert table together, made sure our bar was set up, put a playlist together, basically everything! She made sure everyone was running on time for photos (especially the boys ha-ha), and even helped some of the girls finish getting ready. The day was magical, and it wouldn’t have been pulled off without Savannah. I cannot recommend her services enough. She is so passionate about this career field, and it shows in all the time and effort she puts forth when planning your special day. BOOK SAVANNAH FOR YOUR WEDDING!!

Savannah is an amazing wedding coordinator. She exceeded all of my expectations! Personally, I am someone who does not excel at planning and organizing, so big events would stress me out in the past. However, Savannah met me right where I was. She had so many ideas on how to organize and get our planning process going, which was exactly what I needed. One of the things that really helped us was getting reminders from her through out the months leading up to the wedding! She would make sure we were on track and help with every little thing we needed the entire time. She helped me plan down to the last detail, made sure the decor was setup the day before and answered all of my wedding questions. I would recommend her to everyone who is planning a wedding, because she is the reason we had such a special day. Because of her our wedding day went so smooth and was stress free. Savannah took away all the stress associated with wedding planning and made it a fun process instead!

Savannah is the best there is. She helped me so much with planning months before and made sure I was on track with planning and didn’t forget anything. She handled all conversations with vendors and timelines, giving me one less thing to worry about. I couldn’t have made it through the planning or big day without her. Savannah has such a calming presence about her and calmed me down right before walking down aisle, handled all issue throughout the day without us knowing and made sure we were on track and didn’t have to worry about anything all day. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s such a girls girl and I felt like I made a new friend at the end of the day! Hire her asap!!!
